LeafGuard by Home Solutions of Iowa has a long history of serving customers throughout the Midwest. What started as a one man show in 2003 at the Iowa State Fair has expanded into a multi-state construction and home improvement enterprise. We are proud to boast that we now have close to 50 employees and have served over 20,000+ happy customers. With the great products we offer and our staff of hard working and professional employees, satisfying our customers is easy to do. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau and we would love to give you the best experience in home improvement.

With nearly 30% of our new customers coming to us from referrals, it’s no secret that our customers are truly pleased with the work we do. No longer are we only in the new gutter system installation business, but we have also expanded to roofing, siding, and insulation. Management

Our leadership team started in installation and grew to manage a successful LeafGuard business.

Joe Smith, President

Joe Smith, Owner/President

Joe Smith has 30 years of construction experience. He started installing in the business in 1997 at Lindus Construction/Midwest LeafGuard. Since that time he moved around and opened new businesses in several locations, and he now has offices in Des Moines, Omaha, and Tulsa. Joe loves staying up on the latest procedures and technology in the industry, as well as sitting on the advisory board for Professional Remodeler Magazine.

In his free time, Joe enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. But most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Richard

Richard Anderson, General Manager

Richard started with the company in 2004 as an installer and then became the crew foreman. Since then he had moved into Sales, before earning the Sales Manger position. Now as the  General Manager, Richard’s day to day duties include managing business operations and oversees all marketing, office, sales, production and customer service functions.

Richard enjoys time with his family and is an avid outdoors man who spends his free time hunting, fishing and camping.
